D series drill bit reamer

        The D series drill bit reamer is a type of tool used to enlarge the diameter of existing drill holes, mainly composed of blades and adjusting nuts. The blades are made of special steel, and some blades are coated with diamond-like carbon (DLC). There is a circular scale on the adjusting nut. One scale corresponds to a variation of 0.01 millimeters in the diameter of the reamer, enabling precise aperture adjustment and meeting various high-precision drilling requirements. The blade made of special steel ensures good cutting performance. The DLC coating version has the characteristics of high hardness, strong wear resistance, and good smoothness. The extremely low friction can reduce the resistance during cutting while maintaining the sharpness of the cutting edge.
