For example, in some operations, the deviation can be controlled within ≤ 10mm to ensure the accuracy of casing insertion. The interior of casing shoes is generally equipped with structures such as floating ball valve cores, which can achieve one-way fluid conduction. During the drilling process, the self filled floating shoe allows the drilling fluid to flow forward, facilitating the smooth entry of the drilling fluid into the casing during the process of casing insertion; After cement injection, the floating ball floats up to seal the sealing surface of the baffle, forming a certain reverse pressure bearing capacity. For example, some casing shoes can form a reverse pressure bearing capacity of 10MPa to prevent the backflow of cement slurry. During the mining process, the underground environment is complex, with significant changes in temperature and pressure. Some high-quality casing shoes have good temperature and pressure resistance, such as the rotating self guided floating shoe, which can withstand temperatures up to 180 ° C and back pressure up to 50MPa, and can maintain stable performance in harsh downhole environments, ensuring the smooth progress of casing insertion and cementing operations.
